Telehealth consultations
November
Telehealth consultations are planned to begin in November, so you can meet with our team, talk through your symptoms and start a care plan from home.
The clinic opens
December
Our Fort Worth clinic at 1512 8th Avenue opens in December for in-person brain mapping, treatment and follow-up visits.
Open house
Early 2027
We will host an open house to tour the clinic and meet the team. Dates will be announced here and to everyone on our updates list.

Who you will be working with
Brian Forsythe, DO
Board Certified Doctor of Osteopathy
Dr. Forsythe was born in Glendale, California and raised in the DFW area. He holds a BS in Chemistry from Baylor University and his Doctor of Osteopathy from the University of North Texas Health Science Center, with psychiatry training at the University of Texas Southwestern.
He has experience in inpatient psychiatric care at Timberlawn Hospital and emergency psychiatric care at Parkland Hospital, and is active in the Dallas community.
