What happens after you reach out.
1. We call you back
Our care team gets back to you within one business day to answer questions and find a time for your first visit.
2. We check your coverage
We verify your benefits with your insurer before you come in, including VA, Tricare and Medicare, so there are no surprises.
3. You fill out intake
We send your new patient forms ahead of time, so your first visit can focus on you instead of paperwork.
What to bring
- A photo ID and your insurance card
- A list of your current medications and supplements
- Any recent lab work, imaging or reports from other providers
- Your questions. Write them down so nothing gets missed.
